Wankhede : SRK Ban to be decided today
Shah Rukh Khan
SRK @ MCA

Shah Rukh Khan had allegedly abused some MCA officials and misbehaved with them at Wankhede Stadium.

Mumbai Cricket Association (MCA) will meet on Friday to decide whether to ban Bollywood actor and co-owner of Indian Premier League (IPL) team Kolkata Knight Readers (KKR) Shah Rukh Khan from entering the Wankhede Stadium.
Union Minister and President of MCA Vilasrao Deshmukh on Thursday called Shah Rukh Khan's alleged misbehaviour with security personnel at Wankhede Stadium "a grave matter".

MCA officials registered a complaint at the Marine Drive police station against Shah Rukh Khan for his alleged involvement in the scuffle at Wankhede Stadium on the intervening night of Wednesday and Thursday.
Khan had allegedly abused some MCA officials and misbehaved with them and some security guards after his team KKR defeated local team Mumbai Indians in a crucial match.

"He pushed the security guard and misbehaved with him. He also used bad language with security officials at the stadium and when we tried to intervene, he yelled out expletives at us," MCA Treasurer Ravi Sawant said.
Earlier, the police started their inquiry after receiving a complaint from Mumbai Cricket Association (MCA) joint secretary Nitin Dalal. Hours before registering the case, a police team visited the actor's residence -- Mannat -- in Bandra area.
Addressing media, the actor had denied the charges and accused the MCA officials of misbehaving with him and his children. Instead of saying sorry for the incident, he demanded an apology from the MCA. The MCA, on the other hand, has sought life ban for SRK from entering the stadium.
